Well as experiments go, CORE is still a work in progress. It needs to be something though...I just don't think it will be what I originally thought it will be.
I'm still busy in the lab...still working on new experiments. So stay tuned - who knows what CORE might morph into someday...

Opening up the lab
The Corvallis Oregon Research Ensemble will involve many talented folks of all ages and experience levels. Things will hum along quietly for a while while the research gathers steam.
Meanwhile, fellow researchers might want to look into acquiring one of these and one of these...and probably some dark sunglasses, a funny hat, beads, bling, percussion toys, and festive accessories.
I'll be making all my lab notes available here. Yes, there's an access code, but I'll be running a fairly open and transparent lab. Naturally, key announcements will pass through this CORE Blog.
The general theory of this thing (details coming soon!) came to me in July of 2008 but had been fluttering around for quite a while. My plan is that this research will move from the lab and continue in the field by early Summer 2009.
